Inclusive Learning Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusive Learning Teacher on a full-time basis.
This role is instrumental in supporting class teachers with students who have a range of disabilities, including neurodiverse learners, through personalised, inclusive and strengths-based educational practices. We encourage educators who are passionate about inclusion and committed to supporting students of all abilities to apply and be part of our community.
Role Description
- Actively support and contribute to the Catholic identity of Holy Family Catholic School.
- Demonstrate excellence in Early Years or Primary Years pedagogies, providing inclusive and differentiated learning programs with an emphasis on student engagement.
- Develop, implement and review in conjunction with the classroom teacher Personal Learning Plans (PLPs) tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Apply neuro-affirming practices that support students’ identities and promote wellbeing, confidence, and engagement.
- Collaborate and support classroom teachers, co-educators, families, and external professionals to implement inclusive and consistent learning approaches.
- Plan and deliver differentiated instruction that meets the diverse needs of learners, in line with the Australian Curriculum, ABELS Curriculum, and NCCD requirements.
- Actively participate in case management meetings, progress monitoring, and regular documentation.
- Contribute to the development of an inclusive school culture grounded in Catholic values.
- Desirable: Additional training in disabilities and/or special education.

WHS Coordinator
We are seeking a WHS Coordinator to work Monday to Friday 8am-4pm for 45 weeks per year. The 45 weeks are spread across the school terms, a week prior to term 1, a week after term 4 and 1 week each school holiday period.
The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to undertake responsibility for WHS and RTW activities within the school where an advanced level of specialised knowledge is required within the context of the legislative requirements applicable to the role

The successful applicant will be required to attain and maintain a:
- Responding to Risks of Harm Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) certificate
- First Aid Certificate – HLTAID012 Provide first aid in an education and care setting
- Current acceptable Department of Human Services (DHS) Working With Children Check (WWCC)
