OSHC Qualified Worker
The OSHC Educator will support the OSHC team at Holy Family Catholic School in the provision of quality OSHC services. The OSHC Educator will be responsible for assisting the OSHC service to lead a balanced and engaging learning environment which is centred upon the needs of the children and outlined in the National Quality Standards.

The successful applicant will:

  • Articulate and apply the principles of learning through play, children’s 100 languages and children as competent citizens from birth;
  • Openness to the principles of positive psychology in moving people from fixed mind sets to growth mind sets;
  • Be an active protagonist of learning at all levels in the school;
  • Understand that the health, wellbeing, development and safety of children is a shared responsibility with families.
  • Contribute to the ethos of Holy Family as a contemporary Catholic school in dialogue with the community;
  • Recognise and forge links between our pillars of Ecological Conversion, Catholic Identity and Pedagogy;
