ANNUAL SCHOOL FEES
The annual school fee covers the Tuition and Resources, Year 2-6 School Laptop Program, Stationery, Ambulance Cover and School Insurance.
EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT
If the total account fee is paid by 29th February 2024 a 10% discount will be applied on the total fees.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
A sibling discount of 30% has been applied to the tuition fee for a second child, 40% for third and heavily discounted for the fourth and subsequent children attending Holy Family.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Holy Family offers families a number of options for paying their fees. The school’s preferred method is Direct Debit and families can arrange a direct debit authority form from the front office or from our website (click on Parent Resources). Families are able to make VISA, Mastercard and Cash payments at the front office. We can also arrange deductions through Centrelink. Alternative payments by BPay or internet bank transfer or using the QKR App are also available. Please see the invoice/statement for full details and reference code of your account.
INVOICING / SCHOOL FEES PAYABLE
School fees will be invoiced per term. Fees are due and payable each term and your account should be finalised by 30/11/2024. It is the legal responsibility of the signatories on the Enrolment Form to pay all school fees. Where possible, parents are asked to make their own arrangements regarding payment of accounts if they live at separate addresses.
HEALTH CARE/PENSIONER/SCHOOL CONCESSION CARD LEVEL
This level is only for families who hold a current means-tested concession card or are eligible for School Card Level.
** School Card applications will be available December from our office or complete online via www.sa.gov.au website .
ABSENCE DUE TO HOLIDAYS
Fees shall not be reduced for a student due to holidays during a school term.
WITHDRAWAL OF STUDENT
One term's notice of your intention to withdraw a student from the school is required in writing or by email to info@holyfamily.catholic.edu.au. Where this is not adhered to, school reserves the right to charge a full term's school fees. Extraordinary circumstances will be taken into account.
OSHC / Early Learning
The OSHC and Early Learning accounts are billed separately to tuition. The preferred method for payment is using the Xplor App. Your OSHC & Early Learning accounts MUST be kept up to date in order to continue using the Service.
